Clear documentation for the modules you are buying.

Product information and documents are aligned with the agreed module specification and destination-market requirements.

Supply approach

Confirm, document, then proceed.

We do not publish blanket claims about certification, warranty or performance for every possible configuration. The correct process is to identify the intended application and market, confirm the selected supply specification, then provide the documents relevant to that configuration.

Before quotation

Understand the requirement

Application, market, environmental conditions and requested module format inform the questions that need answers.

Before order

Review document needs

Product data, installation information, packaging and compliance requirements should match the agreed supply scope.

Before delivery

Align final details

Confirm the final product configuration and logistics-facing documents for the relevant shipment.

Documentation FAQ

Three boundaries that protect the buyer.

Can certification be confirmed before the final module is selected?

The required market documents can be identified early, but applicability is confirmed against the selected model and configuration before order.

Can inspection records be included?

Buyers can request agreed inspection photos, video or report items as part of the quotation and pre-shipment scope.

Are website images the final order product?

No. Website images show representative appearance. Final product, label and packing photos are confirmed for the relevant RFQ or order.
